Since 1st January 2024, the Belgian tax authorities have made it mandatory for the national register number (or company number for companies) to appear on all tax certificates, otherwise deductibility will no longer be granted. This new regulation (art. 323/3 CIR92) applies to all donations made in 2024 (2025 declaration).
If you have made your donation as a couple, you only need to enter one national number (the deductible amount will automatically be included in the joint return).
If you have made a donation on your own behalf and on behalf of your company, please use the personalised links received in each of your mailboxes to submit the relevant information.
If you have not yet provided us with this information, we invite you to send it using the form.
In accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, we would like to assure you that this number is strictly confidential and will not be transferred to third parties.
Where can you find your national register or company number?
* For private individuals, the 11-digit number can be found either on the back of your identity card or, for new cards, on the front.
* For companies (legal entities), this is the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) number, which consists of 10 digits.
